⦁ July 22, 2014 (Tuesday) - Noah Davis is suppose to go to rehab at Carters Hope. Noah Davis's biological father was paying for the rehab stay. A paternal aunt and uncle of Noah Davis showed up to the house of Noah’s mother, Janice Davis, on the morning of the 22nd of July, to pick him up. There were no cars or trucks there. Janice informed him that Noah did not come home and she hadn't seen him. Noah Davis never showed up to Carters Hope.

⦁ July 24, 2014 (Thursday) - Noah Davis and his friend Bobby Joe Rogers were taken by Joshua Wright's friends, Michael Cobb https://www.facebook.com/michael.cobb.5 and Kera Francisco https://www.facebook.com/kera.garcia.7 to the jail where Joshua Wright was incarcerated to pick up his personal belongings, including Josh's cell phone. ⦁ July 26, 2014 - emails from Noah Davis to Kindra Wiley-Reavely. She no longer has access to that account but she had forwarded them to Joshua Wright.

⦁ July 27, 2014 - According to Kindra Wiley-Reavely, this was the last time she saw Noah Davis. On this day, Kindra Wiley-Reavely, Michael Underwood, Noah Davis and Kourtney Godwin drove to Walmart in Michael Underwood’s SUV. Kindra Wiley-Reavely and Michael Underwood had to go to E. Brainerd for some reason and Kourtney Godwin wanted to go to Walmart so she and Noah got out at the Walmart on Gunbarrel Rd while Kindra Wiley-Reavely and Michael Underwood ran to E Brainerd. They were supposed to be back to get Noah and Kourtney Godwin at Walmart in an hour but it took longer because Michael Underwood’s SUV was overheating.

Kindra and Michael Underwood got back to Walmart a couple hours later. Kindra Wiley-Reavely walked thru Walmart looking for Noah and Kourtney Godwin but they were gone.

After dropping them off at Walmart, Kindra Wiley-Reavely never saw Noah again.

Kindra Wiley-Reavely messaged Noah and Kourtney Godwin on facebook. Kourtney told Kindra Wiley-Reavely they had Noah's Uncle Ric come pick them up at Walmart because they were tired of waiting for Kindra and Michael Underwood.

Kourtney Godwin tells Kindra Wiley-Reavely she wants Kindra Wiley-Reavely to come pick her up at Uncle Ric’s somewhere off Cloud Springs road. Kourtney Godwin tells Kindra Wiley-Reavely that at some point while she and Noah were walking, a truck tried to run them off the road. Kourtney Godwin said they did a shot (got high) and Noah took off for the woods and didn't come back. Kourtney Godwin was wanting to leave the uncles and was looking for a ride from Kindra Wiley-Reavely. This was the same day as Walmart.

Within a few weeks, Joshua Wright contacted Kindra Wiley-Reavely about his missing laptop. The guy who bought the stolen laptop has since passed away. Around that same time, Kourtney Godwin tells Kindra Wiley-Reavely she thinks she's pregnant.

While Kindra Wiley-Reavely was incarcerated in 2015-2016, someone told her that Noah had spent another week after this with a girl named Amy Ensley. Kindra Wiley-Reavely doesn't know how true that is because she never heard another word from Noah after the Walmart drop off.

Around that time, Jessica Shaw said that Noah and Amy Ensley stayed a day or two at her house.

⦁ July 28, 2014 - (Monday) - 9:00 pm Lisa Hyde Farmer and Noah Davis exchange messages about Noah Davis selling Joshua Wright’s truck to her. Lisa’s last message to Noah was at 11:26 pm. Noah didn’t respond to her last message. https://imgur.com/a/2dADL

The truck broke down. According to Joshua Wright, this is the last time Noah Davis was heard from.

According to Janice, Bobby Joe Rogers, Brandon and Noah called Timmy for a ride from the hotel and that was the last time anyone saw Noah.

According to this story, his brother, who had been known to deal drugs such as marijuana, reportedly “ripped someone off” in a drug deal. So they abducted him from the hotel parking lot. “Sounds like he ripped off the wrong people. Drugs. Pot. He had been known to do that,” Wright said.

“They were taking him to hurt him and he tried to jump out of the car, so they ran him over by accident. Then ran him over again and killed him and buried him.” Reportedly it all took place in Whitwell, Tenn., in Marion County, about 25 miles northwest of Chattanooga, Wright said.

On 8/8/14, Joshua messaged Noah asking for his wallet, key and food stamp card. No mention of wanting his cell phone back.

On 8/15/2014, the day Joshua reported Noah missing, Joshua posted on facebook that he was 180 quarters away from activating his new phone.

⦁ May 23, 2018 - Probate court to have Noah Davis declared deceased so the case can move forward from a missing person investigation to a death investigation. Joshua didn't have a lawyer appear on his behalf, even though he spent the past month soliciting funds from his followers to pay for this attorney via a PayPal link. Evidence was provided showing the relationship Noah had with his biological father, Jerry Stephens. Johnny Davis testified he was NEVER married to Noah's mother, Janice, and he testified that he is NOT Noah’s biological father. Judge continued the case because he would like to speak to the lead detective.

⦁ May 24, 2018 - Joshua Wright's friend, Leandra L. Brook-Conklin, left a libelous comment on Yelp of the business where Noah's paternal half brother, Jason, is employed. Jason's only focus is on locating Noah to lay him to rest.

⦁ May 25, 2018 - Joshua Wright was due in court for TPO violations. He nor his lawyer that he solicited funds for on Facebook showed up. His attorney sent the court a disengagement letter. In her letter to the judge, she stated Joshua was manipulative and that he had been sending her threatening letters. She said not only did he not pay his balance but she refuses to represent him. The court was also notified that he is on probation and that his mental state is getting worse and it is believed he is capable of harming the plaintiff.
A warrant was issued for his arrest for contacting Jason's employer and trying to get him fired.
Once arrested, they will hold him until he can appear before the judge. He will then be set bond conditions.
